CHRIS JOHNSON
CHRIS was born near Amarillo, Texas on September 27th. He attended Lubbock Christian University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Bible. Chris also is a graduate of the AIM program and SIBI. Having completed graduate work at LCU and the University of Phoenix, he holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Currently Chris is working to get his LPC as a counselor in the State of Texas.
Chris met his wife, Jessica in Glasgow, Scotland where they were AIM students together. Eventually, the two married in 1998. Chris has served as a youth minister in Sudan, TX and preacher in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He has likewise been a missionary and church planter to the city of Leon in Mexico. Chris has worked as a counselor to apprentice missionaries in the AIM program. Chris and Jessica have four children: Alison, Christian, Ellie, and Moriah. Their children span 13 years in age.
Chris’ favorite scripture is Isaiah 53:5. He enjoys art, roller hockey, football, grilling, and comic books. His favorite food is BBQ.
